I found out there was going to be a Chopped style competition in my city. As I have a love for food and cooking I thought I would try my hand at competing. After winning 1st place , it really fueled my passion and desire for the culinary arts. In 2016 I continued following my dream and won another competition which advanced me to a national tournament in Edmonton and eventually placed me on Team Canada to compete at the World food Championships in Alabama in the fall of 2016.

 After a wonderful experience of competition cooking, I've decided to partner up with my wife and sous chef to share my passion of great food with you. I have such a desire to continue my culinary adventures and share it with the world. With my constant passion of creating amazing foods I will work hard for you to give you an unforgettable  experience , whether its at your wedding , Christmas party or just a romantic dinner for 2 cooked for your loved one in your home , We will give you a consistent 5 star experience with the many services we have to offer.
